These are my yoga books (so far).
After gathering them all up (and clearing off the shelves), there are fewer books than I expected.
Some I have read cover to cover, like Every Body Yoga and Teaching Yoga. I read the entirety of the Bhagavad Gita a while back, and started again, but didn’t finish. Most of these books I have just casually browsed. It’s time to change that.
My goal for myself is to read one of these books a week, and provide a short synopsis. I’ll start off easy with “Perfectly Imperfect: The Art and Soul of Yoga Practice” by Baron Baptiste. Look for a synopsis next Friday!
